Questions people ask before paying
A licence key in the form SPCT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX arrives by e-mail within a minute. Enter it in Settings, About. The same download serves free and paid users; the key only changes what the licence permits.
The yearly licence renews by hand: nothing is charged automatically, and when it lapses SPECTRA returns to Free rather than stopping. The €49 lifetime licence is paid once and never expires.
Each PC where you activate the key takes one seat: 3 on Pro, 25 on Business. Technician counts no seats at all, so a repair shop can run it on every machine that passes through the bench.
Yes. Remove the licence in Settings on the old machine and the seat comes straight back. If the old machine is gone for good, write to us and we will release the seat.

The moment the work is paid. Technician is one person servicing other people's machines; Business is a company's own fleet, 25 endpoints per licence and stackable.
The inventory, the exports and your alerts never leave the machine. The update check sends the version and a short census - a one-way machine reference, the Windows build, language and the country set in Windows - so we know how many PCs run which build. Anonymous hardware facts and crash reports are sent only with your consent, and you can preview exactly what would be sent. Activating a licence sends the key and the same machine reference. Everything is spelt out on the privacy page.
Every new install runs 14 days of Pro, with no key and no card. When it ends SPECTRA becomes Free and keeps working.
